Skin colour plaster
I will cover it with a skin colour plaster to keep it dry and clean; and radically, to keep it away from my eyes.
It will pain some times; if that happens I will try to take my attention to some thing else. If that didn’t work, I will press on it tightly and that might help.
It might bleed again through time; if that happens I will clean it and cover it again.
I can’t heal it, I know.
I will cover it with a skin colour plaster and keep it away from my eyes. Maybe then “some day” that wound will heal by it self.

an article was written about a boy who licked his own wound and it got healed. something to do with saliva : i know it’s gross, not sure if that’ll help!
