He is thinking of his life… his faults & unhappy moments, troubles… But at the same time he rememberes, that there were good things… He is looking at these waves, but really he does not see them. But it helps him… He wants to be alone… And water always helps any lonely person, who wants to thinks some…

He’s watching that blue thing floating on the water - Not sure whether he can see it from where he sits.
May be he’s watching the rippling effect of the images caused by objects over the water.

I think these pants are just a few sizes too small, I wonder if I’m going to have to finaly conform to societies standards for beauty and buy some “in” clothes?!
