شاعر المليون

True Faith at 9:47 am, Poetry, TV

Mohammed bin Futais Al Marri

I stayed late last night watching the finals of a wonderful program called “شاعر المليون“. It is a program where contestants compete on their poetry skills. I like reading poetry and listening to it from few poets but this program Mashallah has many talented poets that you would not be sure who is better than whom, however me and my father preferred Mohammed bin Futais Al Marri, he is one great talent indeed and fortunately he did win.

I’m never a contest programs person, but this program caught my attention with its purpose, clean environment and well talented poets. The way they use their language and knowledge to write a beautiful piece of art is amazing. I can’t wait for their new season to start.

    7ayallah min jana :)

qalm jaf it is obvious that it was Al Tewaijri who Bin Futais meant here; his way of leaving the contest was a shameful way :)

and why repeating it with English letters? :P
